Express shipping has a 1-4 day delivery timeframe after dispatch depending on state.

Once dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation to your nominated email.
If you have an account with us you will be able to find your tracking under online order history.
Once placed we are unable to change your order. We can refund and not dispatch your order if necessary.
Depending on your purchase you may need to sign for your delivery.
We dispatch all personalised items within 2-3 business days. If delayed you will be contacted by our customer service team
RETURNS
We're unable to accept returns on Personalised items, Earrings, Body Jewellery or Hair Acessories for health and safety reasons.
Please note: All online returns will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your parcel and you will be notified via email once it is completed. We do not accept refunds on personalised items or Gift Cards. For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns of Earrings, Piercing Jewellery, Hair accessories.

1. You can return your online order by simply filling out the returns form provided by our customer service.Â
2. Pack your goods in the original HARLI + HARPA gift box. You may reuse the original outer packaging or a suitable alternative.
3. Attach the return address label firmly to the outside of your parcel.
4. Within 5-7 business days of receiving your return, we will send you a confirmation email advising that your item(s) have been received and processed.
5. At any time, you may go ahead and place another order for your preferred items.
Shipping costs are not refundable

If you purchased an item in-store, you will need to return it in-store as we do not store credit card details for security reasons.
Please bring the item in its original packaging unworn and your receipt.
We are unable to return items if you don't have a proof of purchase.
Once your return arrives to our warehouse and your refund is processed, we will send you a confirmation email advising that your item/s have been processed and refunded.Â
We aim to process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.
Depending on your financial institution, please allow 10 business days for your funds to appear in your account.
Please note there may be delays on processing returns during busier trade period.
