1. Eligibility The promotion is open to residents of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia who are aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Employees of HARLI+HARPA and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

2. Promotion Period The promotion opens at 12:00am AEST on 16 April 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 19 April 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be valid.

3. How to Enter To enter, participants must, during the promotion period:

• Follow HARLI+HARPA on Instagram (@harliandharpa) or TikTok
• Post a story, photo or TikTok video on their account featuring the HARLI+HARPA Penrith store, the HARLI+HARPA Sydney Central store, or a HARLI+HARPA product purchased in-store during the promotion period
• Tag @harliandharpa in the post
• Include the hashtag #HARLIHARPASYD in the post
• Ensure their account is set to public at the time of entry

Each eligible post made during the promotion period constitutes a separate entry. Multiple entries are permitted.

 4. Prize There are five (5) prizes available. Each prize consists of one (1) HARLI+HARPA gift voucher valued at AUD $100, redeemable in-store or online at harliandharpa.com. Gift vouchers are valid for six (6) months from the date of issue. The total prize pool is valued at AUD $500. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.

5. Winner Selection Winners will be selected by random draw on Tuesday 21 April 2026. The draw will be conducted by the Promoter. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 

6. Notification Winners will be notified by direct message on the platform through which they entered (Instagram or TikTok) within 48 hours of the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted within 5 business days of notification, that prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn. 

7. Privacy Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be used by HARLI+HARPA solely for the purpose of conducting the promotion and awarding prizes. Information will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
